X-Rays and Tests

X-RAYS
As part of your visit with Dr. Hanson, appropriate digital x-rays may be ordered to be done in our conveniently located radiology department (located in the orthopedic department). Digital x-ray provides exceptionally clear images that are processed quickly with less exposure of radiation to the patient. Your digital x-rays may be printed on plain paper or may be copied to a CD for your use.

ADDITIONAL TESTS
Frequently, further tests and studies are ordered to complete your evaluation and disposition. These tests include:

• CT Scans
• Laboratory Studies
• MRI Studies
• EMG/NCV Studies
• Venous Doppler Study

Our practice coordinator will schedule these tests at a time convenient for you (if possible), and a return appointment will be made to review the results. At that visit, we will complete your visit with our recommendations.
